These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://process-transaction.com (the "Site") and the payment transfer services (the "Services") provided by Process-Transaction ("Process-Transaction," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered with the State of Arizona and holding a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), located at 3101 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012. By using the Site or Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under U.S. law to use the Services. Accounts are opened through our Request Sign Up process. Submission of a request is an order for review, not a guarantee of an account. We may approve or decline any request, and we will contact you about your order before issuing your original sign-up invitation.

2. Login and One-Time Passcodes

Account access is authenticated by one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent from noreply@process-transaction.com to your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity under your account. Never share an OTP with anyone; our staff will never ask for it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to: violate any law or regulation (including U.S. anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws); send or receive funds for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware; interfere with the Site's operation; or attempt to access another user's account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Payment Transfers

Transfer availability, limits, timing and fees are confirmed during onboarding and shown before you complete a transfer where applicable. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details. Transfers may be delayed, declined or reversed for security review, legal compliance or error correction, as permitted by law, including applicable provisions of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E for consumer accounts.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Process-Transaction offers optional text messaging programs, including billing notifications requested through the billing form and marketing messages opted into through the opt-in form.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Consent is given only by affirmatively checking the unchecked consent box on the applicable form.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP or email support@process-transaction.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change over time.
• You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you will notify us if it changes.

6. Communications

By providing your email address, you agree that we may send you transactional and service communications (including OTPs, order updates and account notices) electronically. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and include an unsubscribe mechanism consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including the Process-Transaction name, logo, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCESS-TRANSACTION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Process-Transaction from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable rights you may have under federal consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
