Last updated: January 1, 2026
Process-Transaction ("Process-Transaction," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered with the State of Arizona and holding a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), with an address at 3101 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012, operates the website https://process-transaction.com (the "Site") and related payment transfer services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit the Site or use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number.
- Account request data: company name, role, product interests, estimated transfer volume, and the contents of messages you send through our forms (including the Request Sign Up, billing, opt-in and contact forms).
- Verification data: your email address and the one-time passcode (OTP) verification events used to sign you in. OTP codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
- Transaction data: payment transfer details necessary to provide the Services once your account is active.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited and timestamps.
- Basic cookie or similar technology data required for site functionality and security. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To review account requests, communicate with you about your order, and create your account.
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services, including processing payment transfers.
- To send transactional messages you request (e.g., OTP codes, billing notifications you asked for).
- To send marketing messages only where you have opted in, and consistent with your consent.
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you optionally provide your mobile number and check the consent box on a form, you consent to receive the text messages described on that form from Process-Transaction. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help, or contact support@process-transaction.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers: vendors that host our Site, deliver email/SMS, or provide security services, bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Payment partners: financial institutions and payment networks as needed to execute your transfers.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property and safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Form submissions and account records are stored in secured, access-restricted server storage. OTP codes expire within 10 minutes and are purged thereafter.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including 256-bit SSL encryption in transit, hashed OTP storage, rate limiting, and access-restricted data directories. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; see our Security page for details and safe-use tips.
7. Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including, where applicable, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, the Virginia VCDPA, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut CTDPA and similar state laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email support@process-transaction.com. We will verify your request using the email address on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.
